Talk: Continuous Flow, Cell-based Assays (Presented by Sian Bolitho Ph.D., Product Manager, Stratech Scientific Ltd)
Abstract: A Microfluidic system now exists to enable researchers to measure cell adhesion to antibody-coated or endothelial cell cultured microcapillaries, under shear stress conditions, therefore mimicking physiological flow. The system utilises unique biochips, a specialised Nanopump and cell analysis software to provide a simple-to-use integrated system.
