Products from Genovis and PRESS RELEASE.
Genovis is a biotech company on the leading edge of nanotechnology and nanoparticles. The company’s patented nano-induced magnetic transfer (NIMT®) technology was developed to facilitate effective preclinical research for the life science industry.
The current focus areas include DNA Transfection, siRNA Silencing, Cell Labeling and Antibody Fragmentation.
Products
Genovis solution for efficient and reliable cell transfection is built on our internally developed iron oxide core nanoparticles NIMT® FeOdots. The particle surface is designed to maximize transfection efficiency, while minimising cell toxicity. With the FeOfection products Genovis is expanding transfection possibilities. For further information on NIMT® FeOdots click here. Application Notes
With a transport system that includes an intrinsic property for efficient detection, the FeOlabel products combine fast and efficient delivery of particles into target cells with a low toxic, stable and and long-term marker detected.
Superparamagnetic nanoparticles with a tunable core size and various coatings. Choose from Genovis`s standard nanoparticles or request custom-made superparamagnetic nanoparticles.
This highly specific proteolytic enzyme cleaves IgG once in the lower hinge region. Generating F(ab’)2 fragments have never been easier! Application Notes
IgGZero is an efficient endoglucosidase with high specificity for all four subclasses of IgG. The enzyme cleaves the chitobiose core of the glycan on IgG from various origin, such as human, rabbit, mouse, monkey, goat and sheep. The high efficiency of IgGZero™ is useful for quick removal of IgG molecules from Fc receptors on primary cells. This enzyme is easy to use and allows further modification and conjugation of the IgG molecule after removal of the oligosaccharides.
FcDOCKER™ can be used for purification and preparation of acid sensitive IgG, to determine the degree of glycosylation of monoclonals and to purify glycosylated IgG fractions. FcDOCKER™ binds with high affinity to all subclasses of glycosylated IgG. The protein binds selectively to the Fc part of the IgG molecule. FcDocker recognizes IgG molecules of various origin, such as human, mouse, rat, rabbit, monkey, goat and sheep. IgG is released/eluted from the FcDOCKER™ protein with disaccharides such as sucrose.
