We are aware that your organisation may have purchasing procedures which need to be followed. As you step through our ordering process, please make sure that your order contains the following details:

1. Purchase Order Number.
2. Delivery Address
3. Invoice Address
4. VAT exemption certificate if applicable.

Shipping

Orders shipped by DHL (overnight) approximately 7 days from receipt of order, subject to stock availability and customs clearance.
Current standard carriage charges:
1. Ambient UK £15.00
2. Wet Ice UK £20.00
3. Dry Ice UK £30.00

All European orders are quoted for on an individual based. Customers wishing to ship under their own account with select couriers will be charged a flat €15.00 handling fee.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Damaged items must be notified within 7 days.

Our stock policy

We import regularly from our manufacturers, so that we can deliver standard items from stock. Ex-stock items are despatched within 24 - 36 hours of receiving your order. Some antibody products of mainly specialist interest are imported weekly from the United States, against customer orders. Thus, while we do not hold these products in stock, we offer you 7 - 10 day delivery on such items.
