MoBiTec offers a variety of columns and accessories for use in many laboratory applications. Our mini columns can function as both spin and affinity chromatography columns. Fill them with the matrix of your choice, or order them pre-filled with, e.g., Sephadex® G-50 resin, different Sephacryl® resins, or silica-based Ni-IDA resin. Filters of different sizes and Luer adapters are offered to customize the columns to your specific needs.
Mini columns can be used to make your own spin or gravity flow columns with the matrix of your choice. They are also available pre-filled.
Our product range also includes larger separation columns with capacities up to 10 ml. These syringe-based columns have Luer-lock adapters at their in- and outlet, providing several handling advantages.

All cell culture products are equipped with advanced surface properties to support reliable adhesion and spreading of cells. Our FC products are covered with a sheet of high performance fluorocarbon film. The FC film shows excellent light transmission rates even for UV-A and UV-B light and very high gas transfer rates. Thus cell physiological experiments with exact control of the oxygen partial pressure in the cellular microenvironment are made possible.
