ClonExpress II One-Step Cloning Kit uses a highly efficient homologous recombination technology to clone DNA products to very high efficiency in a simple rapid one-step procedure. Any amplified product(s) can be cloned into to any linearized vector, at any site. The kit uses Exnase II, a unique recombinant enhancer which can significantly improve the efficiency of recombination (100 cfu/ ng Vector) even using low efficient competent cells (107 cfu/μg). Digested products or PCR products can be used directly in the recombination reaction without purification, which greatly simplifies the procedure.
