- Guarantee is valid for 6 months from receipt of goods, or the stated shelf life of the product.
- Customers must supply details of purchase order / invoice number when notifying us of a problem.
- For a replacement or refund of the product, customers must contact our technical support team email@example.com with full details of their protocol, resulting data and including images where possible. Our Technical support team will then work with the manufacturer to determine whether the problem is protocol or product related.
- Guarantee can only relate to protocols making use of the product in applications stated as suitable on the product spec / datasheet and/or tested by the manufacturer. Use of products for any application not stated by the manufacturer or on the accompanying documentation cannot be covered by this guarantee.
- If deemed protocol related, our team will make suggestions and/or recommendations.
- If deemed product related, a full refund or replacement will be provided as soon as is practical.
