Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human IL1RL1 extracellular domain (rh IL1RL1; Catalog#10218-HCCH; Met 1-Phe 328; NP_003847.2). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
