Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279 (rh PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279; Catalog#10377-H08H; NP_005009.2; Met1-Gln167). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
