Description: TU66 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD39 antigen. CD39 (also known as NTPDase 1 or ENTPD1) is a transmembrane protein that is found on the surface of cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages. CD39 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, ADP/ATP. CD39 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 4500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD39 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/XFD610 (ex/em = 567/627 nm). XFD610 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 610 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 615/20 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Miltenyi Biotec MACSQuant VYB).
