Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human NKG2D/CD314/KLRK1 (rh NKG2D/CD314/KLRK1; Catalog#10575-H07B; P26718-1; Phe78-Val216). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
