Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human TNF-alpha / TNFA / TNFSF2 (rh TNF-alpha / TNFA / TNFSF2; Catalog#10602-HNAE; NP_000585.2; Val77-Leu233). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
