Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human TGF-beta1 / TGFB1 (rh TGF-beta1; Catalog#10804-H08H; Met 1-Ser 390; NP_000651.3). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
