Description
Description: The 133-1C6 monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD100, a 150 kD member of the Class IV semaphorin family frequently expressed on the surface of B cells, T cells, oligodendrocytes and leukocytes. CD100 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, CD45. CD100 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 400 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD100 is frequently used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/XFD750 (ex/em = 756/785 nm). XFD750 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 750 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
