Description: Biotinylated horse radish peroxidase (HRP) is an excellent tool for biological detections with ELISA and other enzyme-coupled assays. Streptavidin selectively binds to biotin and the conjugated HRP provides enzyme activity for detection using an appropriate HRP substrate system via color, fluorescence, or luminescence. This product has been used primarily in ELISA applications to provide consistent measurement of streptavidin-conjugated detection antibodies.
