Description: Digoxigenin (DIG)-conjugated horse radish peroxidase (HRP) is an excellent tool for biological detections with ELISA and other DIG-coupled assays. Anti-DIG antibody selectively binds to DIG and the conjugated HRP provides enzyme activity for detection using an appropriate HRP substrate system via color, fluorescence, or luminescence. This product has been used primarily in ELISA applications that is based on the consistent measurement of anti-DIG antibody.
