Description: The H4A3 monoclonal antibody binds with human/ non-human primates/ mouse CD107a, a 45 kD transmembrane protein frequently expressed on the surface of macrophages, endothelial cells, epithelial cells and activated platelets. CD107a is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, . CD107a is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 4600 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD107a is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology and neuroscience. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ Violet 540 (ex/em = 394/537 nm). It is compatible with the 405 nm laser and 525/50 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSAria™ Fusion).
