Description: The H4A3 monoclonal antibody binds with human/ non-human primates/ mouse CD107a, a 45 kD transmembrane protein frequently expressed on the surface of macrophages, endothelial cells, epithelial cells and activated platelets. CD107a is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, . CD107a is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 4600 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD107a is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology and neuroscience. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/XFD750 (ex/em = 756/785 nm). XFD750 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 750 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
