Description: The SN2 monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD165, a glycoprotein typically expressed on the surface of monocytes, fibroblasts, T cells and thymocytes. CD165 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands. CD165 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 10 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD165 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 700 (ex/em = 690/713 nm).
