Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. SMARCE1/BAF57 protein is part of the large ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF, which is required for transcriptional activation of genes normally repressed by chromatin. SMARCE1/BAF57 can bind to 4-way junction DNA (which is thought to mimic the topology of DNA as it enters or exits the nucleosome), either alone or when in the SWI/SNF complex.
