CD54 (ICAM-1) is a 85-110kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated endothelial cells, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells; the expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation.
