Description
Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD7, a 40kD transmembrane glycoprotein, is a novel member of Ig superfamily expressed primarily on thymocytes and mature T-cells. It consists of a extracellullar region with Ig-like domains, a transmembrane region and cytoplasmic tail. It functions as a co-stimulatory molecule regulating the function and development of T-cells and NK cells. It plays a significant role in T-cell interactions and also in T-cell/B-cell interactions during early lymphoid development. Reports suggest CD7 has a key role in regulating integrin-mediated adhesion of T-cells.
