Description: The 1D11 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD314, a transmembrane protein commonly found on the surface of natural killer cells and T cells. CD314 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, namely, ULBP2, MICB, ULBP1 and MICA. CD314 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 300 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD314 is essential for costimulatory molecules research, typically serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 560 (ex/em = 560/571 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 582/15 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSAria™ Fusion).
