Description: CUB1 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD318 antigen. CD318 (also known as CDCP1) is a 93 kD single-pass membrane protein that is found on the surface of cells like stem cells. CD318 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, N-Caherin and syndecan-4. CD318 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 60 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD318 is vital to neuroscience cell markers, neuroscience and stem cells research, often serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 700 (ex/em = 690/713 nm).
