Description: 4FR6D3 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD334 antigen. CD334 (sometimes called FGFR4) is a 88 kD glycoprotein that is located on the surface of cells such as epithelial cells. CD334 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, acidic FGF. CD334 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 10 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD334 has a variety of applications in stem cells research, frequently serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ Violet 540 (ex/em = 394/537 nm). It is compatible with the 405 nm laser and 525/50 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSymphony™ A5).
