Description: MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Sentrin-2 also known as SUMO-3 is a novel ubiquitin-like protein that can be conjugated to other proteins in a manner analogous to ubiquitination. It is a 95aa peptide that is 46% identical and 66% homologous to sentrin-1. Sentrin interacts with the death domains of Fas, TNFR1 (tumor necrosis factor receptor 1), PML (a tumor suppressor), Rad51 and Rad 52, which are involved in repairing dsDNA breaks, and with GAP1.
