Description

Description: MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. T-box transcription factors contain a novel type of DNA-binding domain, the T-box domain, which are encoded by an ancient gene family. Four T-box genes, omb, Trg, org-1, and H15, have been identified in Drosophila, whereas in mammals the T-box gene family has expanded, and 12 human T-box genes have been isolated. Most T-box genes have discrete spatial and temporal patterns of expression during embryogenesis. Even though the function of human T-Box gene 6 (TBX6) is still unknown, knockout experiments in mice indicate that Tbx6 is important for specification of paraxial mesoderm structures and required for their normal patterning.
