Description: Human CENP-A/Histone H4 Tetramers made from recombinant histones expressed in E. coli. CENP-A and H4 were expressed and purified individually by FPLC, then assembled into tetramers that were further purified using gel filtration chromatography. CENP-A is a specialized variant of H3 and a component of modified nucleosomes found at the core centromere.
