Note

Heat-treated at 60C for 10 hours, the apotransferrin is lyophilized after having been filtered using a 0.1 micron filter. Readily soluble at 1% in water, the product has an endotoxin level less than 1 EU/mg by LAL testing, a bioburden of less than 10 CFU/mg and no mycoplasma contamination.
