Description: Interleukin 23 Receptor (IL-23 R) is an IL-23 specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 Rb1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from, those induced by IL-12. IL-23 R is expressed by Th17, Th1, and NK cells.
