Description: ReadiView™ Blue Real-Time PCR Visualization Dye is a 200X concentrated, ready-to-use, inert dye that enhances the visibility of real-time PCR reactions for more accurate pipetting and plate loading. The presence of dye does not adversely affect the performance of the PCR reaction when used as directed and does not interfere with Helixyte™ Green-, SYBR® Green-, or probe-based detection. It is optimized for a wide variety of real-time PCR mixes and kits, including mixes containing ROX and mixes for FAST and regular reaction times.
