Description: 5x concentrated reaction buffer for use with ACF Remodeling Enzyme Complex (EpiCypher 15-1013). Optimized for use with recombinant Drosophila ACF Remodeling Enzyme Complex, assembled from Acf1-FLAG and ISWI produced in SF9 cells. ACF is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex that regulates nucleosome spacing.

This product is formulated to perform remodeling reactions using ACF Remodeling Enzyme Complex and EpiDyne®-FRET substrate in a reaction defined as 10 µL containing [5 nM ACF Complex, 20 nM EpiDyne-FRET, and 50 µM rATP] and remodels to completion in <30 minutes.
