Description: MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD205 cell surface, a 210-220kD molecule expressed by T cells that are CD2+ve but not WC1+ve. CD205 is also expressed by B cells, and weakly stains B cell follicles.
