Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD25, the chicken IL-2 Receptor alpha chain (IL-2Ra) which has been identified as the chicken homologue of human CD25 and is cited as ChCD25 in published literature. Chicken IL-2Ra is a cell surface expressed by activated T-lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages and thrombocytes. Studies have demonstrated that CD4+ve/CD25+ve and CD8+ve/CD25+ve cells are up- regulated following infection with avian influenza virus (H9N2) and may therefore have an important role in the immune response to avian influenza virus infection . Chicken IL-2Ra is the low affinity receptor for Interleukin-2.
