Description: MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD28, a co-stimulatory cell surface molecule expressed by T cell subsets. CD28 is the receptor for CD80 (B7.1) and CD86 (B7.2). Mouse anti Bovine CD28, has been shown to be able to stimulate bovine T lymphocytes in combination with anti-bovine CD3.
