Description: MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. TCRalpha/beta is expressed on peripheral blood T cells. Two distinct subpopulations of alpha/beta T cells appear in the chicken thymus subsequent to the appearance of gamma/delta T cells. These subpopulations were originally denoted as TCR2 and TCR3. These arise sequentially in the thymus during ontogeny and are now known to represent two distinct Vbeta families, Vbeta1 and Vbeta2, respectively.
