Description: MaxLight™ 550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Human troponin I is presented in cardiac muscle tissue by a single isoform with molecular weight 23876Da and it consists of 209aa residues. cTnI molecule contains two serines in the 22 and 23 positions. Both amino acid residues can be phosphorylated in vivo by protein kinase A, so four forms of protein - one dephospho, two monophospho and one bisphospho - can coexist in the cell.
