Description: MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Recognizes the equine CD5 antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein with a molecular weight of ~69kD. Equine CD5 is expressed on the majority of T-lymphocytes, in addition is has been reported that equine CD5 may also be detected at very low levels on B-cells and granulocyctes.
