Description: The ab TCR is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested. The monoclonal antibody does not react with y8 TCR- bearing cells. Plate-bound or soluble activates ab TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro and in vivo, can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. and prevent graft rejection.
