Application Notes
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IBP-1 in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The ED50, as determined by the inhibition of rHuIGF-I-induced proliferation of human MCF-7 cells, is less than 4µg/ml.
