Description: ROX Reference Dye is equivalent to 12223-012 (Life Technology). It provides users of the ABI PRISM® 7700 a convenient method for normalizing fluorescent reporter signal in real-time quantitative PCR or RT-PCR without modifying the instrument's default analysis parameters. ROX Reference Dye is supplied at 50X concentration. ROX Reference Dye is made of highly purified 5-ROX glycine. Compared to the standard ROX dyes 5-ROX glycine has improved stability.
