Both formats of the Rat Insulin Ultrasensitive ELISA kit permit the measurement of rat insulin concentrations in the same range as the Rat Insulin ELISA but only requires 5 uL of sample or in the range of 0.02 - 1.0 ng/mL with 25 uL of sample. Both formats of the Rat Insulin High Range ELISA kit permit the measurement of rat insulin concentrations in a range of 3 - 150 ng/mL useful for hyperinsulinemic in vivo models or in vitro cell culture samples.
