Short Description

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat IL-1R1 / CD121a (rR IL-1R1 / CD121a; Catalog#80028-R08H; NP_037255.3; Met 1-Lys 352). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
