Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat IL-1R2 / CD121b (Catalog#80196-R08H; P43303; Met1-Glu355), and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity.
