Description: Vibostolimab (anti-TIGIT, MK-7684) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to the T-cell immunoreceptor with immunoglobulin and ITIM domains (TIGIT), blocking the interaction between TIGIT and its ligands, CD112 and CD155, thereby activating T lymphocytes which help to destroy tumor cells.
