Specificity
Recognizes the sequence of Human b-Amyloid [1-40] in the region from amino acids 15-30. No blocking activity was observed with b-Amyloid [1-12], whereas the peptides b-Amyloid [14-35], b-Amyloid [15-28] and b-Amyloid [17-30] were all able to block antibody activity as well as b-Amyloid [1-40].
