Application Notes
This antibody binds to Bla g 2 via an epitope commonly used by allergogenic IgE, however distinct from the epitope used by anti-Bla g 2 antibody clone 4C3 also available through Absolute Antibody. Both antibodies may be used in a sandwich ELISA. F(ab')2 versions of this antibody have been used in co-crystallization studies of Bla g 2.
