Application Notes
This antibody binds to a species-specific epitope on Der p 1. It may be used in conjunction with clone 5H8 in a sandwich assay. It also competes with clone 4C1 for binding to Der p 1, but with 4C1 binding to Der f 1. Fab versions of this antibody have been used in co-crystallization studies.
