Application Notes
This antibody binds to mouse siderocalin, can be used for western blots and, as an Fab fragment, has been co-crystallized with murine Scn. It is unclear whether or not the antibody is able to block the interaction between Scn and cell-surface receptors mediating endocytosis and subsequent apoptosis (Correnti et al. 2012).
