Application Notes
This antibody has been used in indirect immunofluorescence analysis of Thy-1 antigen expression in both methanol-fixed and living cell cultures (Dulbecco et al, 1979; Hasthorpe, 1980). This antibody has also been used, in conjunction with rabbit complement, to deplete Thy1-expressing fibroblasts from serum samples through complement-mediated lysis (Mahanthappa et al, 1996).
