Application Notes
In the original study, this antibody was used in conjunction with other mAbs (e.g. N2B10 mAb specific for the head of seasonal H3 HA; T2-9A mAb specific for the head of H1N1pdm09) for enzyme-linked immunosorbent, indirect immunofluorescent, virus titration, hemagglutination inhibition (HAI), and microneutralization (MN) assays to show that assessing antigenic relatedness of evolving influenza viruses with panels of defined, renewable, and human monoclonal antibodies could be a very useful an adjunct to ferret antisera in detection of antigenic drift and in the selection of viruses for inclusion in influenza vaccines (Huang et al., 2015).
